This beautiful bag is large and holds its shape well. It won't fold over if there's not much in there. However, because the sides are just cloth, the bag will bulge out in places and make it harder to close if you don't put things in there neatly. The outside material is like a soft quilt with decorative stitching all around the bag. After a couple of weeks of using it, I started to notice some fuzzy lint developing on the threads of the outside stitching (as it rubs on clothing), which I was worried about pulling off in case it broke the thread. Also, some of the stitching was loose on my bag. I don't know how common this is.
There are two outside pockets with magnetic closures, one on each end of the bag. The inside is nylon fabric, and there are three pockets along one side. The pockets inside and out are all big enough to hold bottles but are too small for wipes or small plastic containers for snacks. So everything has to go in the middle, which thankfully is very roomy. You can probably fit 6 or 7 changes of clothing (or lots of cloth diapers). All Kalencom bags are supposed to fit the Potette portable potty, which is why I went with this brand. The strap is a sturdy nylon that is adjustable. The matching zippered bag has the nylon water repellant fabric inside and will hold about one set of soiled clothing. The change pad is thin and doesn't take much space, but the ribbon that ties it "closed" is pretty useless. I just cut it off to make it more convenient.
This bag does look really nice and feels soft, but I'm afraid it will get dirty quickly and do not like the fuzzies that are starting to develop on the outside stitching. I would either get this bag in the waterproof version or get something else with more pockets inside.
