I like Medela products, and my babies seem to take to the Medela nipples well.
The problem I have with this particular product (3pk nipples) is that they don't come with the collars! Medela makes you buy the Medela Spare Parts set separately, which makes no sense to me except that it's a way for them to make extra money. Why would you sell the nipples without their collars?

I got the Medela bottle system as a shower gift because someone knew I has a Medela breast pump. I started out just using the bottle system for storage but slowly introduced the bottle to my baby. Because the nipples are small and soft he hasn't had any confusion when switching back and forth between breast and bottle and he hasn't had gassy issues. I tried other bottle systems but my little guy just wouldn't take them, so I returned to get more nipples for the wonderful bottle set I already had, since amazon is the cheapest place to buy the nipples, accessories, and bottles. Overall I give this product 5 stars only because I couldn't give more.
